Bear Valley CSD Addresses Comments Made by Employee Regarding Charlie Kirk

The Bear Valley Community ServicesDistrict is aware of the comments made by an employee regarding the murder ofCharlie Kirk. The CSD is taking these comments very seriously. The employee in question has been put on leave pending an investigation. The CSD has a zero-tolerance policy for violence in the workplace. Law enforcement is also aware of the comments.

The statements made by this employee do not reflect the views of the Bear Valley Community ServicesDistrict or the Bear Valley Police Department. We will take all appropriate steps to maintain a safe and respectful work environment.

Because this is a pending personnel matter, the Bear Valley Community Services District cannot comment any further.
