Bear Valley CSD Welcomes New General Manager, Beverli Marshall

Please join us in welcoming our new Bear Valley Community Services District General Manager, Beverli Marshall.

Dr. Marshall has over 25 years of local government experience, most recently as the V.P. of Administrative Services for a community college. She previously served as General Manager of a special district in Indio, CA, General Manager of a JPA special district in Half Moon Bay, CA, Business Services Manager for a special district in Richmond, CA, Director of Administrative Services for the City of Orinda, CA, various positions at the City of Berkeley, CA, and the Director of Housing Management for the San Francisco Housing Authority, CA.

Dr. Marshall holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Alliant International University, a Master of Public Administration from University of Alaska Anchorage, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University Bakersfield.

Dr. Marshall is a new resident of Bear Valley Springs, moving to our community with her husband, Eric, Siberian Husky, Nichka, and Ragdoll mix, Teddy. She also has two adult daughters who live in Boston, MA, and Phoenix, AZ. She looks forward to getting to know the people of this community and taking advantage of everything our town has to offer.
