BVCSD Board of Directors Approves Ordinance to Modify Committee Meetings

BEAR VALLEY COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT NOTICE OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE No. 25-261  Amending Sections 1-5-10 of Chapter 5 (Board of Directors) of Title 1 (Administration) of the District Code to amend in its entirety the Establishment; Purpose, Place and Time of Committee Meetings and Meeting Procedures and Protocols. The purpose of the amended District Code is to remove the day to day operations of the committee and establish a policy to be adopted by resolution.
