BVCSD Office Closed to Public

s a precaution to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and to protect the health and safety of our residents, the BVCSD office will be closed to the public until further notice.  Our staff are still working behind the scenes as normal and will be available by phone during regular business hours.

Water bills may be paid online or dropped off in the box located at the exit of the CSD office parking lot. You can pay online HERE or by following the link in the menu above.
