Notice of Proposed Ordinance - Cross Connection Control Program to Protect Water System

BEAR VALLEY COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE No. 25-XXX  Amending Sections 7-1-6 of Chapter 1 (Water Service Rules & Regulations) of Title 7 (Water Use & Service) of the District Code to adopt a cross connection control policy pursuant to Section 3.1.3 of the Cross Connection Control Policy Handbook as required by the State of California regulations. The purpose of the Cross Connection Control Policy is to protect the public water system. The proposed ordinance will be available for inspection at the District office and introduced to the Bear Valley Community Services District Board of Directors at the Regular Board Meeting scheduled for August 14, 2025 at 6:00 pm.
