Notice of Proposed Ordinance - General Traffic Provisions

BEAR VALLEY COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE No. 25-XXX  Amending Sections 4-1-4-2, 4-1-7, 4-1-8, 4-1-9, 4-1-10, 4-1-11, 4-1-14, and 4-1-15 of Chapter 1 (General Traffic Provisions) of Title 4 (Motor Vehicles & Traffic) of the District Code to amend the administrative regulations of Special Permits, Traffic Administration & Enforcement, Traffic Control, Speed Limits, Parking, Restrictions on Use of Roads, Reckless Driving, and Violations; Penalties. The proposed ordinance will be available for inspection at the District office and introduced to the Bear Valley Community Services District Board of Directors at the Regular Board Meeting scheduled for August 14, 2025 at 6:00 pm.
