Notice of Proposed Ordinance - Updates to Committees of the Board

BEAR VALLEY COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE No. 25-261  Amending Sections 1-5-10 of Chapter 5 (Board of Directors) of Title 1 (Administration) of the District Code to amend in its entirety the Establishment; Purpose, Place and Time of Committee Meetings and Meeting Procedures and Protocols. The purpose of the amended District Code is to remove the day to day operations of the committee and establish a policy to be adopted by resolution. The amended ordinance will be available for inspection at the District office and adopted by the Bear Valley Community Services District Board of Directors at the Regular Board Meeting scheduled for October 23, 2025 at 6:00 pm.
