Public Hearing Notice - June 12, 2025

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 3502.3 of the Government code of the State of California, the Board of Directors of Bear Valley Community Services District will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, June 12, 2025 the hour of 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard to present the status of vacancies and recruitment and retention efforts at the district office, located at 28999 S. Lower Valley Road, Tehachapi, California.

The Districts Status of vacancies and recruitment and retention efforts will be available for inspection during normal business hours at the district office. The Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, June 12, 2025, the hour of 6:00 p.m. so such matter can be heard, to approve the status of vacancies and recruitment and retention efforts. Any person may appear and be heard regarding the status of vacancies and recruitment and retention efforts. The Board may continue the hearing.
