Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 61110 of the Government code of the State of California, the Board of Directors of Bear Valley Community Services District will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at the hour of 6:00 p.m. located at 28999 South Lower Valley Rd, Tehachapi, California for the approval of the proposed final budget for Fiscal Year 2025/2026.
The Proposed Final Budget will be available for inspection during normal business hours at the district office. The Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. so such matter can be heard, to adopt the Final Budget and any person may appear and be heard regarding any item in the budget or regarding the addition of any item in the budget. The Board may continue the hearing on the budget.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 61115(a)(1)(a) of the Government code of the State of California, the Board of Directors of Bear Valley Community Services District will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at the hour of 6:00 p.m. located at 28999 South Lower Valley Rd, Tehachapi, California for the approval of the updated schedule of fees and charges for various district services for Fiscal Year 2025/2026.
The schedule of fees and charges will be available for inspection during normal business hours at the district office. The Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. so such matter can be heard, to adopt the schedule of fees and charges for various district services and any person may appear and be heard regarding the schedule of fees. The board will consider objections of comments relating to the proposed fees.
