Public Hearing Notice - Speed Limits, January 8 2026

BEAR VALLEY COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE No. 26-262  Amending Section 4-1-9 of Chapter 1 (General Traffic Provisions) of Title 4 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic) of the District Code to amend in its entirety the Establishment of Speed Limits on District Roads. The purpose of the amended District Code is to adopt the engineered traffic survey approved by the Board of Directors. The proposed ordinance will be available for inspection on the District website www.bvcsd.org and at the District office and introduced by the Bear Valley Community Services District Board of Directors at the Regular Board Meeting scheduled for January 8, 2026 at 6:00 pm.
