Public Hearing Notice on Mailbox and Gate Fees - December 11, 2025

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 61115(a)(1)(a) of the Government code of the State of California, the Board of Directors of Bear Valley Community Services District will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at the hour of 6:00 p.m. located at 28999 South Lower Valley Rd, Tehachapi, California for the approval of a new mailbox fee and new gate fee for Fiscal Year 2025/2026.

The new mailbox fee and new gate fee will be available for inspection during normal business hours at the district office and on the district website www.bvcsd.org. The Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. so such matter can be heard, to adopt the new mailbox fee and new gate fee and any person may appear and be heard regarding the new mailbox fee and new gate fee. The board will consider objections or comments relating to the proposed fees.
