BEAR VALLEY COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT NOTICE OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE No. 26-262  Amending Section 4-1-9 of Chapter 1 (General Traffic Provisions) of Title 4 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic) of the District Code to amend in its entirety the Establishment of Speed Limits on District Roads. The purpose of the amended District Code is to adopt the engineered traffic survey approved by the Board of Directors. The adopted ordinance will be available for inspection on the District website www.bvcsdca.specialdistrict.org and at the District office during normal business hours.
