Beginning Tuesday, Sept. 15, through Friday, Sept. 18, there will be lane closures on Bear Valley Road between Oakflat Drive and the front gate. Construction will take place from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with traffic control in place during those hours. Please expect delays.

For the safety of drivers and construction crews, please drive slowly and obey all traffic signs and flaggers while traveling through the construction area.

The Bear Valley Road Rehabilitation Project is a major infrastructure project that will take place over several months. The $9.3 million project includes complete reconstruction of Bear Valley Road from the entry gate to Oakflat Drive and from Bay Court to Martingale Way.

The project also includes replacing water pipes underneath the roadway. Project costs will be split between the CSD’s Roads Division Fund and Water Enterprise Fund.
