The CSD Board of Directors has approved a three-year agreement with VTEch Support, Inc. to provide Information Technology services to the Bear Valley Community Services District.

The agreement totals $362,037, or approximately $120,679 per year and $10,057 per month.

The CSD currently pays $12,315 per month for these services. The new agreement will reduce costs by approximately 18%, saving the District about $2,258 per month.

VTEch was one of six bidders and submitted the lowest responsible, responsive bid. Services will include network and workstation administration, cybersecurity, network and server troubleshooting, data backup and restoration, and implementation of new software and technology.
