BEAR VALLEY COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT NOTICE OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE No. 26-263  Amending Sections 1-8-6, 1-8-7, and 1-8-8 of Chapter 8 (Finance) of Title 1 (Administration) of the District Code to amend the purchasing language, the delegation of purchasing authority, and credit card assignments. The purpose of the amended District Code is to move specific language from District code and into a policy adopted by the Board of Directors. The adopted ordinance will be available for inspection on the District website www.bvcsdca.specialdistrict.org and at the District office during normal business hours.
