BEAR VALLEY COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT NOTICE OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE No. 26-268 Amending Chapter 3 (Emergency Preparedness) Sections 3-3-6 and 3-3-7 of Title 3 (Public Safety) of the District Code in its entirety to disband the Disaster Preparedness Advisory Committee and have its tasks absorbed by the Public Safety Committee. The adopted ordinance will be available for inspection on the District website www.bvcsdca.specialdistrict.org and at the District office.
