BEAR VALLEY COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT NOTICE OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE No. 26-266 Amending Section 4-1-11 of Chapter 1 (General Traffic Provisions) of Title 4 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic) of the District Code to amend the language to allow certain vehicles, namely golf carts, low speed vehicles, and neighborhood electric vehicles, on district roads. The adopted ordinance will be available for inspection on the District website www.bvcsdca.specialdistrict.org and at the District office.
