BEAR VALLEY COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE No. 26-271 Amending Chapter 1 (Solid Waste Management) of Title 5 (Health and Sanitation) Section 5-1-7 (Preparation of Solid Waste) of the District Code  to allow the use of Compostable Plastic Bags. The proposed ordinance will be available for inspection on the District website www.bvcsdca.specialdistrict.org and at the District office and introduced by the Bear Valley Community Services District Board of Directors at the Regular Board Meeting scheduled for October 22, 2026 at 6:00 pm.
