BEAR VALLEY COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE No. 26-264 Amending Sections 1-8-1, 1-8-4, and 1-8-12 of Chapter 8 (Finance) of Title 1 (Administration) of the District Code to amend the budget and financial policies and related procedures to remain compliant with local, state, and federal requirements and best management practices. The purpose of the amended District Code is to move specific language from District code and into a policy to be adopted by the Board of Directors. The proposed ordinance will be available for inspection on the District website www.bvcsdca.specialdistrict.org and at the District office and adopted by the Bear Valley Community Services District Board of Directors at the Regular Board Meeting scheduled for April 9, 2026 at 6:00 pm.
