BEAR VALLEY COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE No. 26-266 Amending Section 4-1-11 of Chapter 1 (General Traffic Provisions) of Title 4 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic) of the District Code to amend the language to allow certain vehicles, namely golf carts, low speed vehicles, and neighborhood electric vehicles, on district roads. The proposed ordinance will be available for inspection on the District website www.bvcsdca.specialdistrict.org and at the District office and adopted by the Bear Valley Community Services District Board of Directors at the Regular Board Meeting scheduled for September 10, 2026 at 6:00 pm.
