BEAR VALLEY COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE No. 26-265 Amending Section 2-5-3 of Chapter 5 (Chief of Police) of Title 2 (Officers and Employees) of the District Code to amend the language that the board and general manager jointly conduct the evaluation. The proposed ordinance will be available for inspection on the District website www.bvcsdca.specialdistrict.org and at the District office and adopted by the Bear Valley Community Services District Board of Directors at the Regular Board Meeting scheduled for May 14, 2026 at 6:00 pm.
