BEAR VALLEY COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE No. 26-268 Amending Chapter 3 (Emergency Preparedness) Sections 3-3-6 and 3-3-7 of Title 3 (Public Safety) of the District Code in its entirety to disband the Disaster Preparedness Advisory Committee and have its tasks absorbed by the Public Safety Committee. The proposed ordinance will be available for inspection on the District website www.bvcsdca.specialdistrict.org and at the District office and introduced by the Bear Valley Community Services District Board of Directors at the Regular Board Meeting scheduled for September 10, 2026 at 6:00 pm.
