BEAR VALLEY COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE No. 26-270 Adding Chapter 5 (Nonfunctional Turf) to Title 7 (Water Use and Service) of the District Code Prohibiting the Use of Potable Water to Irrigate Nonfunctional Turf, and Amending Sections 7-1-5, 7-1-14, 7-4-1, 7-4-6, 7-4-8, 7-4-12 and 7-4-13. The proposed ordinance will be available for inspection on the District website www.bvcsdca.specialdistrict.org and at the District office and introduced by the Bear Valley Community Services District Board of Directors at the Regular Board Meeting scheduled for October 22, 2026 at 6:00 pm.
