BEAR VALLEY COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE No. 26-269 Amending Title 4 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Chapter 1 (General Traffic Provisions), Section 4-1-4-2 (Special Permits) through 4-1-15 (Violations; Penalties) of the District Code to Declare the Character of the District Road System, to Limit Access to and Use of District Roads Pursuant to Government Code Section 61105, and to Establish a Cost-of-Service Framework and Recordkeeping Requirements for District Road Service. The proposed ordinance will be available for inspection on the District website www.bvcsdca.specialdistrict.org and at the District office and introduced by the Bear Valley Community Services District Board of Directors at the Regular Board Meeting scheduled for October 22, 2026 at 6:00 pm.
