BEAR VALLEY COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE No. 26-267 Amending Chapter 1 (Solid Waste Management) of Title 5 (Health and Sanitation) of the District Code in its entirety to comply with SB 1383 requiring CalRecycle to develop regulations to reduce organics in landfills as a source of methane and to support achievement of statewide organic waste disposal reduction targets.  The proposed ordinance will be available for inspection on the District website www.bvcsdca.specialdistrict.org and at the District office and introduced by the Bear Valley Community Services District Board of Directors at the Regular Board Meeting scheduled for August 27, 2026 at 6:00 pm.
