Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 61110 of the Government code of the State of California, the Board of Directors of Bear Valley Community Services District will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at the hour of 6:00 p.m. located at 28999 South Lower Valley Rd, Tehachapi, California for the approval of the proposed final budget for Fiscal Year 2026/2027.

The Proposed Final Budget will be available for inspection during normal business hours at the district office. The Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. so such matter can be heard, to adopt the Final Budget and any person may appear and be heard regarding any item in the budget or regarding the addition of any item in the budget. The Board may continue the hearing on the budget.
