BEAR VALLEY COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE No. 26-263  Amending Sections 1-8-6, 1-8-7, and 1-8-8 of Chapter 8 (Finance) of Title 1 (Administration) of the District Code to amend the purchasing language, the delegation of purchasing authority, and credit card assignments. The purpose of the amended District Code is to move specific language from District code and into a policy to be adopted by resolution of the Board of Directors. The proposed ordinance will be available for inspection on the District website www.bvcsdca.specialdistrict.org and at the District office and introduced by the Bear Valley Community Services District Board of Directors at the Regular Board Meeting scheduled for February 12, 2026 at 6:00 pm.
