State of California, the Board of Directors of Bear Valley Community Services District will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at the hour of 6:00 p.m. located at 28999 South Lower Valley Rd, Tehachapi, California for the approval of the updated schedule of fees and charges for various district services for Fiscal Year 2026/2027.

The schedule of fees and charges will be available for inspection during normal business hours at the district office. The Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. so such matter can be heard, to adopt the schedule of fees and charges for various district services and any person may appear and be heard regarding the schedule of fees. The board will consider objections of comments relating to the proposed fees.
