Public Works Department September Report

September was another productive month for the CSD Public Works Department! A few highlights from the monthly report include:

  • The Bear Valley Road reconstruction project continues moving ahead. A draft engineering study has been received, and pavement options have been chosen for higher-priority areas
  • The Roads Division has finished major asphalt projects for the season, laying 43.5 tons in September
  • Fixing drainage issues in various areas to prepare for wet weather
  • Starting a speed study for Bear Valley roads
  • 28 water leaks repaired
  • Equipment preparations for the snow season have started
