Bear Valley CSD Releases 2025 Employee Compensation Report

The Bear Valley Community Services District has released its 2025 Employee Compensation Report.

Under California’s Public Records Law, government employee compensation is public information.  This data includes base salary, overtime, health benefits, and other compensation details. This information must be submitted to the State by April 30. In the interest of transparency, the CSD has submitted its report early and is making it public immediately.

To view compensation records from previous years, a statewide database is available on the California State Controller’s website at gcc.sco.ca.gov.

Members of the public have the right to access public records from the Community Services District. A public record is defined as any writing containing information relating to the conduct of the public’s business prepared, owned, used, or retained by any state or local agency, regardless of physical form or characteristics (Gov. Code 7920.530). This includes written documents, emails, photographs, videos, maps, databases, meeting minutes, reports, and many other formats and types of information, with some limited exceptions.
