Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 61115(a)(1)(a) of the Government code of the State of California, the Board of Directors of Bear Valley Community Services District will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at the hour of 6:00 p.m. located at 28999 South Lower Valley Rd, Tehachapi, California for the approval of sewer rates for Fiscal Years 2025/2026-2029/2030

The new sewer rates will be available for inspection during normal business hours at the district office and on the district website bvcsdca.specialdistrict.org  The Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. so such matter can be heard, to adopt the sewer rates and any person may appear and be heard regarding the new sewer rates. The board will consider objections or comments relating to the proposed fees.
